Happy Monday!! So what is going on in the world of Travel4Souls you ask? Well, fall is our slow season---we have revamped the program, added some new places, working on the summer schedule(yes, it is going to be a busy one!!!) and enjoyed having a little R&R time. There have been so many topics I have wanted to blog about in regards to everything I am learning through this job...but I will spare you all from Katie's soap box, and the main thing I have learned is ---let people help however they want to. There are 1000000 ways of doing things and everyone has their own opinions of what is the best way--but at the end of the day..it's about sharing love, hope and joy! This video reminds me of that.. (it also has some really great footage of Haiti). The gift of love is simple, and does not need to be complicated--so I encourage you to share a smile, hug, or any simple way of showing that you care about someone this week.
